bad albumMichael Jackson’s Bad¬†album was released on August 31, 1987 by Epic Records in the United States and CBS Records internationally. The original version had ten tracks and was Michael’s seventh album released. There was also a bonus song on the CD and digital download forms of the album that didn’t appear on the vinyl version, as well as an additional seven tracks included in the Bad Special Edition album that was released in 2001. Continuing his earlier trend, Michael wrote all but two of the songs on the Bad album and collaborated with Stevie Wonder. The first five singles all went to Number One in the Billboard Hot 100, the first album to ever do so.
